BOMB OUTRAGE.
(JAUTEMALAN PRESIDENT WOUNDED.
New l'ork, April 21. I When Hie President of Gautemalit' was proceeding from his palace at the capital to receive tlie American Minister, several men threw bombs and opened fire on him with revolvers. The President was wounded, His' soldiers made several arrests.
