Received April 15, 11.8 p-m . _. Tangier, Apiri 15. The .Consul at Tangier lias warned British subjects that the Imperial Government will refuse henceforth to pay ransoms in the event of their being captured by brigands either in or outside the town. The British residents fire very lmlignanti.
