| VIEWS OE THE LONDON TIMES. London, April 14. The Times says the Australian and New Zealand experiments witli compulsory arbitration as a means of avoiding strikes and creating permanent harmony between masters and men have not yet proved to be of any value. Even if it were successful, it would not necessarily be applicable to English conditions, where the machinery of society is far more complicated.
