A footnote reads: It should be borne in mind that the abatotir, library, and cemetery accounts were for certain reasons last year included in the revenue account although their funds were not revenue. There was a balance of £llß 15s 0,1 on the waterworks loan of £IOOO, and £B2l. 15s stood to the credit of the alialtoir loan. The drainage loan of £IOOO was fully expended.
