SUICIDE AT N'ORMANBV. (Special to "News"). Normanby, Last Night. Thomas Glynn, the well-known horseowner, hanged himself to-day. There are no details. DROWNED IX A TUB OF WATER. The mother was doing the washing, and the little boy was playing near at hand. Her attention was drawn from him for some little time, and on looking round she saw him in the tub. The ear was eapsizeu. and all the occupants more or less severely injured. Dr. Watson was telephoned for, and Dr. Martin, from Palmerston, arrived shortly after. An ambulance was sent for. Two of the sufferers were taken to the Palmerston hospital, the others being attended to on the spot. Among the occupants of the car besides Mr. L. McKelvie were Messrs. Amor. (2), J. Sim, Atkinson, and two others. Mr. Sam Anion had his thigh broken and Mr. Bert Amon ftad his ankle broken. The others escaped more lightly injured. The car was badlv injured and the horse was killed.
