EGYPT AND GREAT BRITAIN.
NATIONAL PARTY'S PROTEST. REPRESENTATIVE LEGISLATURE. Received April 13, 11.50 p.m. Cairo, April 13. The national party in Egypt has protested against Britain illegally arrogating to herself the right to interfere between the nation and the Khedive, who alone, the party says, has the power to accord his people the constitution and representative legislature which they desired.
