Auckland, Friday.—The Shaw Savill Company's steamer Maori, which arrived last night from London, met with a somewhat serious accident a few days' journey off the New Zealand coast. One of the propeller blades was stripped and (track one of the stera-plates, knocking a-hole in it below the water-line. The engineers succeeded in plugging the hole. The Corinna's departure from Dunedin has been postponed nntil Tuesday, consequently she will not arrive at thn port until Friday evening- She is to sail for Onehunga on Saturday.
