Cabinet has ordered a searching inquiry into the riots. The allegation is made that the municipal guard fired a volley in the unarmed crowds. The guard wounded live soldiers belonging to a detaelimnt inarching past Sun DominSquare, which was the scene of the > chief riot. ; It is slated that the guard there filed 170 shots, aiming generally at the ground.
