Te Xainu road—Resolved, that £lO be s|>ent od repairs. (Willcox —Revell). Kina road.—Resolved, that the road tie attended to, the sum expended not to exceed £23. (toung—Deegan). Warea road. Resolved, that th; Board expend £0 on repairs if the settlers will contribute £lO as well. (Yonnjf—O'Rorke). t'arihaka block.—Resolved, that the Public Trustee be written to, asking him to take steps to get the different roads in the block opened up. (O'Rorke —Willcox). >gariki road.—Mr. Alexander waited on the Boanl and asked for an allowance of 15a for removing a rata tree, which had fallen on to his property, and also on the road. He paid 30s and put in a day's work. —Resolved, that he lie allowed 10s. (Willcox—OHorke). Arawh&tn toad (lower). —Messrs Mac&e, Potter, and Wilson waited on the Board, and asked for information re the £SO grant which was supposed to have been givfn to the about seven years ago.—lt was derided to wait until the Trustee had replied to the letter asking for particulars. Weiekino Road Board Resolved, that the condition- »ent to this Board for approval by the Werekino Boad Board be not entertained, as they do not conform to the arrangement arrived at by the two Boards. (Willcox — O'Rorke). Wiremu road.—Resolved, that Mr. .1. R. Stewart Ik 1 authorised to trace the centre of the Wiremu road for the purposes of laying off work. Clerkship.—Mr. A. O'lirien was appointed clerk, treasurer, .mil officer, and to fulfil all other clerical duties appertaining to the Boardwork. (Wilteox—lieegan).
