LYTTELTON SHOOTING CASE.

Per Press Association. ClirUlchurch, Last Night. Frederick Hall, who shot and wounded Alexander James Muir at Lyttclton on March 7, was brought up on'rcinand at the Lyttclton Police Court yesterday morning and charged with attempted murder. On the application of the police, who stated (hat Muir was still unable to appear, he was further remanded for eight days. Muir is slated to lie progressing favorably, hut it is not possible yet to say when he will be able to appear in the witness box.
