ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association, Wanganui, Last Night. The Arbitration Court held a sitting toe to-day. The following fines were imposed:—G. Cutelli (a baker), £1 for employing a boy-more thnu three months without indenturing him; the Wanganui Herald Co. £2 for paying a machinist less than the award rates; the machinist was lined 10s for accepting the wage; Dickenson and Sarten £2 for having employed an apprentice without notifying the Labor Department. In each cage oversight or inadvertauce was pleaded as the cause of the trouble.
