Road Board /or a license to him to lay down, construct, and maintain a Private Tramway on and along the Koru Road (being a district road under the control of the Board) from Rural Allotment Number 73, Oakura District, to the South Road,

crossing Heath, Moore, and Walch Streets (Township of Koru) and an unnamed road and victoria Road (Oakura District). The plan of the proposed tramway may be inspected at Mr. J. I!. West's Store at Oakura Township daiiy on week-dnys from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except on Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 12.50 p.m.). The said application and any objections thereto will be taken into consideration by the Oakura Road Board at a Meeting of the Board to be held at the Town Hall, Oakura, on WEDNESDAY, the 22nd day of April, 1903, at 8 o'clock p.m. Dated this lfitli day of March, 1908.
