COLONIES' LOYALTY QUESTIONED.
KEIR lIARDIE'S OPINION. London, March 2D. Mr. Keir Hardie, M.P., interviewed on his return from the colonies, considered colonial loyalty was merely on the surface. The sentiment of Empire aroused no enthusiasm, Tariff reform would never tighten the bonds of Empire because the colonials were willing to take all and would sacrifice nothing.
