PRICE FOUNJ) GUILTY Of MANSLAUGHTER Received 27th, 0.43 p-m. Sydney, March 27.

The jury found Henry Price guilty of manslaughter of Sullivan at Newton on January Ist, with a strong recommendation to mercy on the ground of his previous good character. Price was sentenced to three years'.

Price was a well-known business man ill Newton, and shot. Sullivan, \\lio vvas a stockbroker, dead in his shop. l'lice had assigned his estate, and the victim was engaged in making an inventory. It was believed Price was insane at the time.
