Mr. Cooper reported as to business done ill connection with tin- shearers' dispute and the action taken as to filing agreement arrived at at the conference. The matter will be brought licforc the Ai'i bitration Court next Thursday. The date for the annual provincial conference. to be held this year at Feildlng, 'vvJis fixed for May 20th, and it is expected to be one of the largest conferences hold in this province, A district branch of the Union has been formed at Pahintua with 130 members.
