No train has reached there for a week. * Food supplies are getting short. , At Weewa and Narrabri the worst is past and the waters are receding. Brisbane, March 21. • At ROebhampton the Hood waters are still rising. All tho lower parts of the 1 town and the whole of Rockhampton Common are submerged.
