Sugar—Orniau lis, first marks 12s 7d. Wool—The Bradford wool market is weak. No business is being done. Common sixties 24d, super 25d. Wool—Competition is weak and irregular. Prices arc unchanged. There have been heavy withdrawals of secondhand and speculators' lots. Butter—Butter is quiet. Danish is unchanged. There is moderate inquiry for Australian, the bulk of which is below the best quality, owing to the heat when it was made. Choicest salted 110s, unsalted U4s, secondary 100s to 108s, choicest New Zealand 114s. Cheese—New Zealand cheese is dull. The quality is unsatisfactory; prices 59s to 00s. Canadian 04s to 05s.
