B. Fletcher applied for re-considcra-tion of forfeiture of section 11, block 13, Mitni.—Forfeiture confirmed. In respect to the application of S. Lowe and A. Bishell to select section 3, block 14, Upper Waitara, as an addition to their present holding, this will be considered at moct meeting, and re» valuation of the land would be urn do in the meantime. The Board could not sec its way to grant to T. Browne a lease of the railway reserve through Section 84, block 10, Potiatu. R. Finnertv applied for the freehold of section l>, bloek 11, Ngatimani.— Approved. . M. o'Hallovan applied for about 100 acres of sections, 1, 2, and 32, block 1, Miini, to be. resumed as a forest reserve, as the Innd was worthless for cultiva-tion.—-The Board passed a resolution in favor of granting the request when a "tafT surveyor was next in the district, and stating that there was no objection to the applicant employing a private surveyor in the meantime. G. Y. Taylor was granted permission , to lease the grazing of run 3. Opnku, to YV\ K Taylor for the remainder of the term.
