The Times' Vancouver correspondent states the immigration problem is becoming an absurd and dangerous muddle.
The Supreme Court has discharged eighteen Hindoos on the ground that the Natal Act of the Columbian Parliament is ultra vires, Under an Order-in-CouHcil a German, who is quite a desirable immigrant, has been refused admission because he comes from Australia.
{ An attempt to prevent the granting of naturalisation papers to Japanese fishermen is causing more indignation among the Japanese than any other anti-.lapanese movement on the part of the British Columbian Government.
