CHALLENGE TO A DUEL.
Received 17th, 12.27 p.m. St. Petersburg, March 16. Owing to General Smirnoff during the Port Arthur trial reflecting on General Foek's honor, General Fock has challenged General Smirnoff to a duel with pistols at fifteen puces. General Smirnoff refused, unless his military superiors ordered the duel. ' ' ®
