Per Press Association. Auckland, Friday. It is expected that, fifty flaxmills in tlie Auckland district will be dosed in consequence of tlie slump in prices. This will reduce the number of persons employed in this industry by 700. The price of flax to-day is £ls per ton lower than at this time last yeay,
