NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT. Received 11th, 1. 7 a.m. Sydney, -March 10. In the Assembly Mr. MeGowen moved an amendment to the Addrcss-iii-itcply, censuring the Government for its action in connection with the recent Harbor Trust appointments. These appointments included the transference ot Mr. Keelc from the presidency of the Water and Sewerage Hoard to the Harbor Trust. The motion really aimed at this appointee, which caused a lot of political feeling and wrangling, Mr Wade, Die Premier, in replying, vigorously defended the Government's action. QUEENSLAND PARLIAMENT. . Brisbane, March 10. Jn the Assembly Mr. Muughan, a Labour nominee, was elected chairman of committees by 30 to 25, the Government and Labor parties combining against the Opposition. Mr. Rowman, leader of the Labor Party, previously announced they did not pretend to compromise with any other party, but so long as it was not asked to violate election pledges or Jirinciplos his .parly was prepared to give the Government its support aud assist in ihe facilitating of Hie business of the country,
