KNICKERBOCKER BANK RE-OPENED Received 10th, 0.2 a.m. New York, March 10. Stockholders, representing -40 million dollars, assented to the re-opening of tlie Knickerbocker Trut, freeing 40y 2 million dollars deposits, including 16 millions cash. The Bank of Kansas City haa been rehabilitated.
