GERMAN COLONIAL EXCESSES.
Tne Minister for the Colonies, Heir Weinberg, admitted in the Reichstag that grave abuses existed in the Cameroon (German West Africa) in connection with the rubber trade. He promised to try to protect the villagers by settling them on agricultural areas away from tile caravan routes.
