HAWERA AND NEW PIAMOI ill
The tournament was concluded at 11awera on Thursday afternoon. The ninth round was most interesting, Hawera, Stratford and New Plymouth were leading with only one loss each. Hawera met. Manaia and won, and New Plymouth, beating Stratford, were left on level terms with Hawera. These two teams, with 7 wins and 1 loss each, have to play oif for the championship-of the province. The match will take place some time during the month.
