London, 'March i. The Bishop of Loudon, Jsr. Winnington Jiigrnm, has returned from a visit to .St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Warsaw. He declares the cause of the great unrest and revolutionary tendencies among the young men and girls there is that Russia is without public school games. An effort is now being made to introduce British sports into Russian schools.
