(New South Wales). sft Sin. 3. Orbell jumped beautifully, ami it was thought he nould equal the retold of aft ll'/ 4 i;i. but he failed.
One Mile Running.—A. denies (Tasmania), 1; N. F. Burrows (Victoria), 2; Retford Sharp (New South Wales), 3. This was a great go, Burrows leading till nearly home, when Clemes put in a last run, and won by less tlian a foot.

44U Yards.—Nigel Barker (New South Wales), I: .1. L. Davis (Victoria), 2: H. E. Fisher (New Zealand). 3. Barker was the first into the lead, but was displaced by Davis and Fisher. When 150 yard-, off home. Barker put in a capital sprint, and won easily by ten yards. Time, 51sec. Davis' time was 31 4 sscc. and the first two men receive special badges lor running the distance under standard time.
One Mile Walk Handicap.—Canford (Tasmania), Msec, 1; Rose (Tasmania), 20sec. 2; Stubberfield (Xew Zealand). HWe, 3. Won by a yard, fifteen yards between rfcond and third. Time. Bmin 4see.
