A DISHONEST MINISTER.
PROPER PUNISHMENT. Received 25th, 10,13 p.m. . Rome, February 25. A a si, a former Italian Minister, has been found guilty of misappropriation, with extenuating circumstances. Tie has been sentenced to 350 days' imprisonment, barred for 50 months from holding a public office, and lined 200 lires and costs.
Tjombardo, his official secretary, was acquitted on the ground of insufficiency of evidence.
