0 Per Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the (Supreme Court on Saturday, a decree nisi was granted in the e.ise Yarrow v. Yarrow, a wife's petition on the ground of adultery. Auckland, Saturday, .fudge Edwards granted a decree nisi in the case of Francis Caroline Remnant v. David llemnant. Defendant is undergoing seven years' imprisonment for au alleged criminal assault on his step-daughter.
