Riots are feared. | Sir Wilfrid Laurier is awaiting the i decision of the Court which is generally rxpectcd to declare the Natal Act unfonstrtotkmal: if otherwise, the Act will he disallowed owing to it conflicting with the Anglo-Japanese treaty.
