It was decided that Bert Todd he su-pendcd until h e has refunded the prize money and medal won in th® maiden piping event, through the 'Association, and the prizes awarded to the second competitor, J. SlcKenzie. The reason was that he competed as a maiden, having previously won events. It was also alleged that Todd competed with adults, while still a juvenile, against the rules,
