Lust Night, i Jjaslerton ram fair opened today. There was a large attendance of buyers, belonging to the Manawatu, Hawke's Bay, and Wanganui. At first the bidding was slack*. Une after line passed on, and it w.i« not till the very best sheep were run into the ring that any spiritedness was shown in bidding. Tn stud Lincolns E. ,T. Riddiford topped the market with «0 guineas, paid by "• B. Eglinton for a Romnev r.im. Fo'r four stud Romneys E. ,L Riddiford secured the handsome return of C10">. The top price in stud Lincolns was 37>/. guineas.
