All entries to be sealed and addressed lo the "Secretary, Manaia," with the name, age, color, and pedigree of lie horse, name of owner, colors of rider, performances of the torses, and name of trainer. Entries by wire must be confirmed m writing at tie earliest opportunity. All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by the Racing Conference of New Zealand. Owners are particularly reminded that all entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or P.O. Order. This rule will re strictly enforced.
