The welfare of a newly-born baby is always a roiivco of anxiety and thought to a mother: she lias to lie so particular about tho warmth and softness of its first clothing:. Usually she buys a machine-knitted garment, which may lie all wool and it may not. The best garment for a baby's first wear is a white pure-wool linnd-knittcd singlet, which cannot be bought in any shop other than White and Sons'. They have some at 23 each. Call and sec them.—Advt.
