THE AFRIDIS RISING.
Calcutta, February 12.
Two living columns with a slight reserve, tire considered sufficient to make a demonstration against the Afridis. The force's operations will be conlined to the Bazaar Valley, where the Zakkakhols winter. London, February 12. In the House of Commons humanitarians and Nationalist members heckled the Hon. John Morley, Chief Secretary for India, regarding the expedition against the Zakkn Khols.
Ill 1 , ilorley, in reply, said the expedition had been sanctioned owing tc eleven raids of Afridis into India, The force, he added, must go forward now.
