NEWCASTLE COAL DISPUTES. Sydney, February 11. The Newcastle Coal Tribunal's work is still hung up. A dispute at Neath Colliery prevented the Court from getting to business, but it is hoped to do to-day. VICTORIAN TRADE RETURNS. Melbourne ,February 11.
