All ponies must attend for measure ment at 12.30 p.m. on the course on th( day of the races, when a six months certificate will be granted, for-which 5s will be charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will be started on a minium of Bst. 71b. The Miramar Cup iwill be Btarted on a minimum of Bst. Any winner during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will bo declared on MONDAY, February 10th. The Managing Steward wiH be pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodat'on to be obtained for themselves and ponies. No pony will be allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. In the case, of there being less than five starters for the Miramar <Njp, the tight is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
