Taylor, claim £l4 1!),, costs 30s lid (Mr. Crombie for plaintiffs); J. Manswer v. A. and B. Wisnewski, claim £3 Ms fld, coats 13s, (Mr Thomson for plaintiff)DEFENDED CASKS. Tohe Pakanga, v. M. C. Lawson, claim £1) for cattle iflcgcrt to have been sold to defendant's servant. Xon suited, with costs 21s. Mr Crombie appealed for plaintilf, and Mr. Sellers for defendant.
\V. 11. Fi-anklyu v. M. Schob-s, claim £3 12s, balance of rent owing since 1903.—N0n-suited without costs. Mr. Thompson appeared for plaintilf and Mr. Crombie for defendant. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
Vieleers and Stevens v. .i. Rogers, claim £ls 5a fid. No appearance of defendant, who was ordered to pay the amount, forthwith; in default 14 days in New Plymouth gaol, Warrant will lie suspended if £3 5s 6d is paid hy 15th inst, and balance by monthly instalments of £3 Sutherland Bros. v.
