So far as ia possible, tlie rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will bo declared on HONDA*, February 10th. The Managing Steward will be pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodat'on to be obtained for themselves and ponies. No pony will be allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. _ In the case of there being less than ftvc starters for the Miramar Cap, the light is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
