THE SHEARERS' DISPUTE.
Per Press Association. I'almerston .North, Uist Night. 'I he shearers and sheepowners' conference was held here this morning and afternoon. The sittings altogether lasted about three and a-half hours. It is understood that the decisions were give-and-take, some of the points resulting in a long discussion. It was decided that no information whatever should be given lo the Press until the agreements-had come to hand and had been considered by the Shearers' Union executive at Hunterville on Saturday next and the members ot the Fanners' Union provincial executive who were absent.
