SHOCKING STORY.
Melbourne, February ;>. An inquest concerning the death oi live babies at the premises of a registered nurse revealed a shocking story Of cruelty and neglect. The little ones had been tied hand and foot to prevent them throwing the bedclothes off- The surroundings were dirty. The Coroner remarked that the evidence was not sulfici'-it to enable him to commit the aurec on a- charge of manslaughter, but he hoped she could be jjuniened for cruelty.
