The paper does not believe that the future belongs to Delcassisin, that is the attempt to play off the alliance with Russia's entente with Britain, the open or secret agreements witn Spain, aiid the known or unknown arrangements with taly against Germany, for l,y this policy the peaceful development of Europe would be impeded.
