RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries will be received by the Managing Steward up till 0 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, February sth, 1908. All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m. on the course on the day of the races, when a six months' certificate will be granted, for which 5s will be charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will be started on a minimum of Bst. 71b. The Miramar Cup will be started on a minimum of Bst. Any winner during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Racing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued.
