PRINCE'S CRITICAL POSITION. Teheran, January 20. Twenty thousand Kurdish rebels are besieging Prince Firman and Firma, the Governor of Azerbijan, at Luj Balak, in Persian Khurdistan. The Prince's position is extremely critical. Kalihim Khan lias informed the Persian Parliament that he is willing himself to equip a relieving expedition.
