A REARRANGEMENT. Received Jan. 21, 0.45 p.m. Sydney, January 21. A rearrangement of the Ministry has been made consequent upon the creation of the independent portfolio of Agriculture. Mr. Perry takes charge of the new Departmeat; Mr. Wood becomes head of the Mines Department, and Mr. Hogue that of Labor and Industry. Mr. Anderson, Director of the Intelligence Department, has been appointed UnderSecretary of Agriculture.
