WAITARA WEST ROAD BOARD.

At the monthly meeting of the above Hoard there were present Air. S. Turnbull (chairman), Messrs. Connett, Yule, and Western.

Correspondence was read from Mrs. S. A. ]sish„p re repairs reipiired on the Kverett road: from (!. S. Kennedy, stating lie would be agreeable to Everett road rates lieing handed over to the Moa Road Hoard for expenditure: from the '! reaMiry, notifying reduction of intere-l on loans ninler the Loans to Ixical Bodies Art; and trom the itepartmenl of Labor re appointment of day for dining of shops.

Air. P. Iloby attended the meeting and requested tliat repairs be undertaken on the York road.--The Hoard will do same as soon as labor is procurable. The surfaceman reported that formation had been done on Kelly. AVortlev. and Richmond roads, and the old metal • roni Kelly road laid down <>n the Aekworlli.

It was decided !o expend the following amounts 011 formation of roads with the road-grailer:--Aek worth £O, Corbet! and Manntahi West £l7. Manutahi East C.i. I'enninirton £5. Richmond £B, and Wortley cJ.
