BANK MANAGER CONVICTED. Received 20th, 10.30 p.m. New York, January 30. Walsh, president of the defunct Ull- - National Bank, has been convicted on a charge of misappropriation. He admitted lending sixteen million dollar* of the bank's fund to assist struggling enterprises.
