TREMENDOUS DAMAGES. Received 16th, 11.36 p.m. mi. o Halifax, January 10. lhe Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, 1 upheld the decision in favor of the Dominion Iron and Steel Company's claim for three million sterling damages owing to the Dominion Coal Companv committing a breach of contract for supply of coal.
