ADMIRAL POORE ENTEffiTAINED. London, January 10. The Austral Club banguetted Admiral Poore, the newly appointed commander of the Australian Squadron, at th* Hotel. Ritz. Lord Jersey, presided. Those present included the Hon, W. P. Reeves, High Conumsßioner tor New Zealand, and the Agents-General of Australia, .• Admiral Poore said that, as a b* Meyer in the conservation of Imperial unity, he was glad of the opportunity of studying on the spot the aspiratloni, the work, and the difficulties of Australia and New Zealand. .
