CHECKING JAPANESE EMIGRATION Received ltlh, 0.11 am. London, January 10. The Standard's Ottawa correspondent reports that the Canadian Cabinet has sanctioned regulations prohibiting all Japanese emigrants, except they come direct from Japan.
